We discussed menus briefly in the Customizer section, but creating a menu is both necessary and important to your site.
Why?
To make it easy for your readers to click around your site to learn more about you, and to make it easy for brands to decide whether they want to work with you.
Categories
What are you going to discuss in broad terms? Come up with four or five broad topics, right now, knowing that as you start writing more, you can go back in and add or remove categories later.
Create your categories by going to the Posts menu, then click Categories. Create each of your pillar categories and fill in the description. This most likely won’t be shown, but is another place to add keywords to help the search engines find your content.
